The stores we compare are fragrance discounters. The products they sell are genuine — the same juice, from the same houses, that department stores and boutiques carry. What's different is how the bottle reaches you, and that difference is where the discount comes from.

Why genuine fragrances cost less here

Overstock and closeouts. Retailers and distributors clear excess seasonal inventory in bulk; discounters buy it and pass the margin on.
Parallel imports. The same fragrance is often priced differently across regions. Discounters source where it's cheaper — sometimes called the "gray market," which describes the sourcing route, not the product's authenticity.
Testers and unboxed bottles. A tester is the identical fragrance in plain packaging, made for store counters. No retail carton, often no fancy cap — that's the whole reason it's cheaper. We always label testers and unboxed bottles on the deal.
No boutique overhead. Online discounters don't pay for mall counters, sampling staff, or brand-boutique presentation.

What we do on our side

Deals come only from official merchant APIs, affiliate-network feeds, merchant-provided files, and moderated submissions — never from scraping unknown sellers.
Suspicious price swings are flagged for human review instead of being published automatically.
Every deal carries a "price last checked" timestamp, and the community can report problems on any deal page — reports feed directly into our moderation queue and ranking penalties.

Worth knowing before you buy

Return policies and shipping terms vary by store — check them on the merchant's site before ordering.
Parallel-import bottles may not carry the brand's local warranty or gift-with-purchase promotions.
Batch codes printed on the bottle and carton can be checked against the brand's production records if you ever want to verify a purchase.
The merchant's checkout price governs — our listings show the last price we observed, with its timestamp.

If a bottle you bought through a listed store turns out to be anything other than genuine, report the deal on its page or contact us — reports go straight to moderation and affect whether that merchant stays listed.
